‘공정채용 우수기관 인증제도’는 채용 과정에서 학연·지연·연령 등 편견 요소를 배제하고, 직무능력 중심의 채용체계를 구축·운영하는 기관을 철저히 평가해 인증하는 제도다.
진흥원은 지난해 최초 인증을 획득한 데 이어, 올해 인증 갱신에 성공하며 2년 연속 공정채용 운영 성과를 대외적으로 인정받는 쾌거를 이뤘다.
그동안 전남인재평생교육진흥원은 철저한 직무능력 중심의 블라인드 채용을 전면 도입해 왔으며, 특히 평가위원을 전원 외부 전문가로 구성함으로써 심사의 객관성과 공정성을 한층 더 끌어올렸다는 평가를 받고 있다.
