등 시험 성적 중심 평가에 의존하거나, 면접 과정에서 직접 확인해야 하는 한계가 있었다. 이번 기능은 짧은 음성 입력만으로 실제 의사소통 능력을 수치화했다는 점에서 차별화된다.
이 서비스는 약 30초간의 음성 녹음을 바탕으로 발음 정확도, 억양, 말의 흐름 등을 분석한다. 결과는 5단계 등급과 점수 형태로 제공되며, AI가 생성한 피드백 리포트도 함께 확인할 수 있다.
평가 결과는 사용자 프로필에 바로 반영되고, 채용 지원 시 활용 가능한 인증 배지 형태로 표시된다.
사용자는 앱 내에서 간단한 자기소개 문장을 읽거나 자유롭게 답변하는 방식으로 참여할 수 있으며, 결과 확인 후 재도전도 가능하다. 해당 기능은 개인회원 기준 월 최대 13회까지 무료 제공된다.
이 기능 도입으로 구직자는 자신의 언어 역량을 객관적으로 증명할 수 있고, 기업은 별도의 테스트 없이 지원자의 한국어 수준을 비교·판단할 수 있게 된다.
클릭 측은 향후 발음·억양 개선을 위한 학습 기능과 개인 수준에 맞는 채용 공고를 추천하는 AI 매칭 시스템도 추가할 계획이다.

Previously, there were limitations in that evaluations relied on test scores such as

or required direct verification during the interview process. This feature is differentiated by quantifying actual communication ability based on just short voice input.
This service analyzes pronunciation accuracy, intonation, and speech flow based on approximately 30 seconds of voice recording. The results are provided in the form of a 5-level rating and score, and an AI-generated feedback report can also be viewed.
The evaluation results are immediately reflected in the user profile and displayed as a certification badge that can be used when applying for employment.
Users can participate by reading a simple self-introduction sentence or answering freely within the app, and can retry after checking the results. This feature is provided free of charge up to a maximum of 13 times per month for individual members.
With the introduction of this feature, job seekers can objectively prove their language proficiency, and companies can compare and assess applicants' Korean language levels without separate tests.
Click plans to add learning functions to improve pronunciation and intonation, as well as an AI matching system that recommends job postings tailored to individual skill levels.
A service official stated, “This is an attempt to use technology to resolve the language verification issues that have been repeatedly raised during the foreigner recruitment process,” adding, “We will continue to advance the AI-based recruitment environment.”
Meanwhile, Click is expanding its influence in the foreign recruitment market, surpassing 250,000 cumulative job postings.
