대전환준비위는 지난 15일 목포종합경기장에 마련된 사무실에서 강성휘 민선 9기 목포시장 당선인과 고석규 위원장(전 목포대 총장)을 비롯한 인수위원, 자문위원 등이 참석한 가운데 출범식을 개최했다. 이날 행사는 위촉장 수여식과 현판 제막식 순으로 진행됐다.
