한동훈 후보는 자신의 SNS를 통해 하 후보의 태도를 조목조목 짚으며 포문을 열었다. 한 후보는 "
고위 공직자의 심각한 이해충돌을 팩트로 지적하니, 답은 못하고 ’정치검사‘ 타령
을 한다"라며 "누가 대신 써줬는지 모르지만
민주당식 구태정치를 참 속성으로 배웠다
"라고 직격했다.
이어 한 후보는 의혹의 구체적인 내용을 다시 한번 확인했다. 한 후보는
하 후보가 AI수석으로 있을 당시 비상장주식을 보유했던 AI업체가 정부 지원 대상(독파모)에 선정된 점과, 5600억 원 규모의 금융위원회 국민성장펀드 투자 특혜를 받은 상황을 설명하라
고 요구했다. 그러면서 "이 심각한 이해충돌 상황이 하 후보에게는 ‘자질구레’하냐"라며 "하 후보에게는
‘자그마치 5600억’이 ‘자질구레’한가?"
라고 따져 물었다.
최근 하 후보가 '참다 참다 말한다'며 반발한 것에 대해서도 정면으로 맞받아쳤다. 한 후보는
하 후보를 향해 "‘참지 말고’ 국민 앞에 설명하고 토론에 응하라"
고 촉구하며, "도망가지 말고 답을 하라"고 압박했다.
한 후보는 검증을 회피하려는 후보들의 행태를 꼬집었다. 한 후보는 "
배지는 달고 싶고, 검증은 받기 싫으냐"
라며 하 후보가
유권자들 앞에 나와 당당하게 자질 검증을 받아야 한다

Han Dong-hoon, an independent candidate for Busan’s Buk-gu Gap district, has intensified his criticism of Democratic Party candidate Ha Jung-woo, directly raising allegations of conflict of interest during Ha’s tenure as a senior public official.
Han accused Ha of avoiding the core issues of the allegations and instead hiding behind partisan framing. Posting on social media, Han said, “When I point out a serious conflict of interest involving a high-ranking public official based on facts, he cannot respond and instead talks about ‘political prosecutors.’”
He added, “I don’t know who wrote it for him, but he seems to have quickly learned the Democratic Party’s outdated style of politics,” sharply criticizing Ha’s response.
Han further reiterated the details of the allegations, stating that during Ha’s tenure as AI Senior Secretary, a non-listed AI company in which he held shares was selected for a government support program (known as “DokPaMo”), and later received what he described as preferential treatment through a 560 billion won investment from the Financial Services Commission’s National Growth Fund.
He questioned the scale of the issue, saying, “Is this serious conflict of interest ‘minor’? Is 560 billion won ‘insignificant’ to Ha Jung-woo?”
Han also responded directly to Ha’s recent remarks in which he said he had “held back and finally spoken out.” Han countered by urging, “Don’t hold back—explain yourself to the public and participate in debate,” adding, “Stop running away and answer the questions.”
He further criticized what he described as avoidance behavior among political candidates, stating, “You want the seat, but you don’t want scrutiny?” and reiterated that Ha should openly undergo public vetting of his qualifications before voters.
