[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 창녕군은 28일 군청 대회의실에서 직원 60여 명이 참석한 가운데 2026년 상반기 법제처 순회법제교육을 실시했다.

이번 교육은 자치법규 입안 실무와 정비 컨설팅, 법령안 편집기 활용 등 실무 중심 과정으로 구성돼 공무원들의 자치법제 업무 역량 강화를 목표로 진행됐다.

특히 ‘자치법규 정비 컨설팅’ 과정에서는 법제처 최봉래 서기관이 강의를 맡아, 창녕군의회 연구용역 과정에서 제기된 주요 쟁점과 개선 방향을 집중적으로 다뤘다.

창녕군은 지난해 의회가 추진한 ‘자치법규 분석 및 정비방안 연구’ 결과를 바탕으로 조례 전반에 대한 점검과 정비를 이어가고 있다.

군 관계자는 “교육을 통해 자치법규 입안의 전문성과 정확성을 높이고, 연구용역 결과를 반영한 체계적인 정비가 이뤄질 것으로 기대한다”며 “신뢰받는 행정 구현을 위해 법제 역량 강화를 지속 추진하겠다”고 밝혔다.
