【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=증평군여성단체협의회가 여성회관 1층 여향카페에서 '바리스타 양성과정' 종강식과 자격증 전달식을 열고 수료생 전원에게 자격증을 전달했다.
충청북도 양성평등기금 지원사업으로 마련된 이번 과정은 지역 내 경력보유 여성과 결혼이주여성 등 총 16명을 대상으로 진행됐다. 교육생들은 지난 6월 17일부터 시작된 교육 기간 동안 바리스타 기본 이론을 비롯해 에스프레소 추출, 우유 스티밍, 각종 음료 제조법 등 카페 현장에 필요한 실무 기술을 이수했으며, 수강생 전원이 자격증 시험에 합격하는 성과를 거뒀다.
특히 교육 기간 중 지역 커피 식품 제조기업인 퍼플랜드를 방문해 커피 생산 및 품질관리 프로세스를 둘러보는 현장 견학을 병행하며 실무적 이해도를 크게 높였다. 종강식 현장에서는 자격증 전달과 더불어 소감을 공유하고 향후 취업 및 창업 등 새로운 도전에 대한 의지를 다졌다.
