[브레이크뉴스경기남부=여주 이현준기자] 여주도시공사가 지난 11일 여주가정폭력·성폭력통합상담소와 성희롱·성폭력 예방 및 피해자 지원을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다.
이번 협약은 직장 내 성폭력 예방과 대응에 대한 사회적 요구에 발맞춰 외부 전문기관과 협력해 건강한 조직문화를 조성하고자 마련됐다.
양 기관은 이번 협약에 따라 성희롱·성폭력 예방 교육과 인식 개선 프로그램 운영, 피해자 상담 및 심리 지원 연계, 사건 발생 시 대응 협력 및 자문 지원, 인권경영 및 성평등 문화 확산을 위한 공동 홍보 등에 상호 협력하기로 했다.
협약식에 앞서 사장과 본부장, 팀장 등 관리직 전원을 대상으로 한 예방 교육도 진행됐다. 교육은 김미영 여주가정폭력·성폭력통합상담소장이 맡아 관리자가 갖춰야 할 성인지 감수성과 2차 피해 예방을 위한 조직 내 보호 체계의 중요성을 강조했다.
