[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 양산시는 웅상지역 교통망 확충과 주민 이동 편의 향상을 위해 추진 중인 소주동·명동 일원 도시계획도로 개설공사가 순조롭게 진행되고 있다고 11일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 웅상지역 주요 생활권을 연결하는 교통 인프라 구축 사업으로 총사업비 696억7000만원이 투입된다. 시는 도시계획도로(대3-10호선) 개설공사를 비롯해 총연장 4.9㎞ 규모의 15개 노선 개설사업을 단계적으로 추진하고 있다.
주요 사업은 서창대동아파트와 소주LH휴먼시아아파트를 연결하는 소주도시계획도로(중1-17호선)와 국도7호선에서 명곡교차로를 연결하는 도시계획도로(대3-10호선) 개설공사다.
소주도시계획도로(중1-17호선)는 연장 550m, 폭 20m 규모로 2024년 7월 착공해 올해 11월 준공을 목표로 하고 있다. 국도7호선~명곡교차로 구간 도시계획도로(대3-10호선)는 연장 460m, 폭 25m 규모로 교량과 터널이 포함되며 2025년 10월 착공해 2028년 7월 준공 예정이다.
