【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=서원대학교 대학일자리플러스센터가 충북 도내 일자리 유관기관들과 협력 체계를 강화하고 청년들의 취업 지원 기반을 다지기 위해 ‘2026년 지역 일자리 협의체 간담회’를 열었다. 이번 간담회에는 청주고용복지플러스센터, 청주시일자리종합지원센터, 청주상공회의소 등 도내 8개 주요 기관의 관계자 20여 명이 함께 자리했다.
참석자들은 각 기관이 추진 중인 청년 취업 지원 사업과 프로그램을 공유하고, 고교부터 대학, 지역 기업으로 이어지는 맞춤형 직무 교육 및 일자리 매칭 체계 구축 방안을 다각도로 논의했다. 아울러 대학과 지역 기관 간의 취업 연계 프로그램 공동 운영 방안을 비롯해 지역 내 취업 청년의 유출을 막고 정주 여건을 개선하기 위한 정책 의견도 폭넓게 수렴했다.
서원대학교는 올 하반기부터 생애설계, 경력관리, 재무관리, 직장적응 등 분야별 맞춤형 프로그램을 신설하고 유관기관과의 협업 운영을 확대해 나갈 방침이다. 이를 통해 청년 정책 설명회 참여와 기관 간 업무협약 체결을 지속 추진하며 실질적인 취업 지원 네트워크를 다져가기로 했다.
