(무안=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=전남광주통합특별시 무안군이 고위공직자 중심의 소통·청렴 문화 확산을 위해 청렴소통관을 추가 위촉하고 본격적인 활동에 나섰다.
무안군은 지난 3일 오전 군청 회의실에서 열린 정례조회에서 '청렴소통관 위촉식'을 열고, 지난 7월 6일 자 인사발령에 따라 고위공직자 2명을 청렴소통관으로 추가 위촉했다고 밝혔다.
이번 추가 위촉은 기존 청렴소통관 1명의 공로연수에 따른 인원 조정을 반영한 것으로, 이로써 기획실장을 비롯해 신도시지원단장, 보건소장, 농업기술센터소장, 무안읍장 등 총 5명의 고위공직자가 청렴소통관으로 활동하게 된다.
청렴소통관은 고위공직자가 솔선수범하여 청렴문화를 확산하고, 직원들과 적극적으로 소통해 공정하고 신뢰받는 조직문화를 조성하기 위해 도입된 제도다. 이들은 현장의 다양한 의견을 청취하고 조직문화 개선 및 청렴정책 추진 과정에서 가교 역할을 담당한다.
