SGA그룹이 창립 23주년을 맞아 AI 시대를 겨냥한 신규 비전 ‘Security for AI’를 발표하고 통합 보안 체계 강화에 나섰다. 지난해 사상 최대 실적을 기반으로 사업 재편을 마무리한 가운데, AI 환경에 최적화된 보안 전략으로 시장 선점에 나선다는 전략이다.
회사는 보안, 투자, IT인프라 및 솔루션을 3대 축으로 재편하고 그룹 내 사업 간 연계성을 강화했다. 특히 크레온유니티 인수와 SGN·EPS 합병을 통해 보안 및 IT 인프라 역량을 집중시키며 실행력을 높였다.

보안 중심 재편… “AI 시대 핵심은 통합 보안”
SGA그룹은 SGA솔루션즈를 중심으로 제로트러스트 기반 보안 체계를 고도화하고 있다. 서버보안, 접근통제, 엔드포인트, 클라우드 영역을 아우르는 통합 보안 역량을 바탕으로 AI 환경에서 요구되는 보안 대응력을 강화한다는 구상이다.
‘Security for AI’ 비전은 AI 시스템과 데이터, 운영 환경 전반을 보호하는 통합 전략으로, 데이터 보호와 접근통제, 운영 안정성까지 포괄한다. AI 확산에 따라 보안 위협이 고도화되는 만큼, 보안 역량이 기업 경쟁력을 좌우할 핵심 요소로 부상했다는 판단이다.
SGA그룹은 액시스인베스트먼트를 통한 투자 기능과 IT 인프라 사업을 결합해 성장 구조를 강화하고 있다. 보이스아이 등 솔루션 사업과의 연계를 통해 고객 접점 확대와 안정적인 수익 기반도 확보한다는 전략이다.
이를 통해 단일 사업 확장이 아닌, 보안·투자·인프라가 결합된 입체적 성장 모델로 AI 보안 시장 주도권을 확보한다는 목표다.

Marking its 23rd anniversary, SGA Group announced a new vision, "Security for AI," targeting the AI era and has set out to strengthen its integrated security system. Having completed business restructuring based on last year's record-breaking performance, the company plans to take the lead in the market with a security strategy optimized for the AI environment.
The company reorganized its business into three main pillars—security, investment, and IT infrastructure and solutions—and strengthened connectivity among businesses within the group. In particular, it enhanced execution capabilities by concentrating security and IT infrastructure expertise through the acquisition of Creon Unity and the merger of SGN and EPS.

Security-Centric Reorganization… “Integrated Security is Key to the AI Era”
SGA Group is advancing its zero-trust-based security framework, centered around SGA Solutions. The plan is to strengthen security response capabilities required in the AI environment by leveraging integrated security capabilities that encompass server security, access control, endpoints, and the cloud.
The 'Security for AI' vision is an integrated strategy that protects AI systems, data, and the entire operational environment, encompassing data protection, access control, and operational stability. It is based on the assessment that security capabilities have emerged as a key factor determining corporate competitiveness, as security threats become more sophisticated with the proliferation of AI.
SGA Group is strengthening its growth structure by combining investment capabilities through Axis Investment with its IT infrastructure business. The strategy also aims to expand customer touchpoints and secure a stable revenue base by linking with solution businesses such as VoiceEye.
Through this, the goal is to secure leadership in the AI security market with a multi-dimensional growth model that combines security, investment, and infrastructure, rather than expanding a single business.

SGAグループはSGAソリューションズを中心にゼロトラストベースのセキュリティ体系を高度化している。サーバーセキュリティ、アクセス制御、エンドポイント、クラウド領域を網羅する統合セキュリティ能力を基に、AI環境で要求されるセキュリティ対応力を強化するという構想だ。
「Security for AI」ビジョンは、AIシステムとデータ、運用環境全体を保護する統合戦略であり、データ保護とアクセス制御、運用安定性まで包括する。 AI拡散によりセキュリティ脅威が高度化するだけに、セキュリティ能力が企業競争力を左右する核心要素として浮上したという判断だ。
SGAグループはアクシスインベストメントを通じた投資機能とITインフラ事業を結合して成長構造を強化している。ボイスアイなどソリューション事業との連携を通じて、顧客接点の拡大と安定した収益基盤も確保するという戦略だ。
これを通じて単一事業拡張ではなく、セキュリティ・投資・インフラが結合された立体的成長モデルでAIセキュリティ市場主導権を確保するという目標だ。

À l'occasion de son 23e anniversaire, le groupe SGA a dévoilé sa nouvelle vision, « La sécurité au service de l'IA », axée sur l'ère de l'intelligence artificielle, et s'est engagé à renforcer son système de sécurité intégré. Après une restructuration menée suite à des résultats exceptionnels l'an dernier, l'entreprise ambitionne de devenir leader sur le marché grâce à une stratégie de sécurité optimisée pour l'environnement de l'IA.
L'entreprise a restructuré ses activités autour de trois piliers principaux : la sécurité, l'investissement et les infrastructures et solutions informatiques. Elle a également renforcé la connectivité entre les différentes entités du groupe. Elle a notamment optimisé ses capacités d'exécution en concentrant son expertise en matière de sécurité et d'infrastructures informatiques grâce à l'acquisition de Creon Unity et à la fusion de SGN et EPS.

Le groupe SGA fait progresser son cadre de sécurité basé sur le principe de confiance zéro, articulé autour des solutions SGA. L'objectif est de renforcer les capacités de réponse en matière de sécurité requises dans l'environnement de l'IA en tirant parti de capacités de sécurité intégrées qui englobent la sécurité des serveurs, le contrôle d'accès, les terminaux et le cloud.
La vision « Sécurité pour l’IA » est une stratégie intégrée qui protège les systèmes d’IA, les données et l’ensemble de l’environnement opérationnel, englobant la protection des données, le contrôle d’accès et la stabilité opérationnelle. Elle repose sur le constat que les capacités de sécurité sont devenues un facteur déterminant de la compétitivité des entreprises, face à la sophistication croissante des menaces de sécurité liée à la prolifération de l’IA.
Le groupe SGA renforce sa structure de croissance en combinant ses capacités d'investissement via Axis Investment à son activité d'infrastructure informatique. Cette stratégie vise également à multiplier les points de contact avec les clients et à sécuriser une base de revenus stable grâce à des partenariats avec des entreprises de solutions telles que VoiceEye.
L’objectif est ainsi de s’assurer une position de leader sur le marché de la sécurité de l’IA grâce à un modèle de croissance multidimensionnel qui combine sécurité, investissement et infrastructure, plutôt que de développer une seule activité.
