누적 52개사 투자… 후속 투자 640억 원·신규 고용 183명 성과
공익법인 임팩트투자사 큐네스티가 하나금융그룹과 함께 ‘2026 하나 ESG 더블임팩트 매칭펀드’ 2차 참여기업 모집을 시작한다고 밝혔다. 모집 기간은 5월 4일부터 6월 26일까지다.
‘하나 ESG 더블임팩트 매칭펀드’는 하나금융그룹이 ESG 경영의 일환으로 운영하는 국내 최초의 전액 기부금 조성 펀드다. 큐네스티와 하나금융그룹은 지난 2022년부터 해당 펀드를 통해 친환경 기술과 일자리 창출 역량을 갖춘 ESG 스타트업을 발굴·지원해왔다.
이번 2차 모집에서는 기존 지원 분야였던 일자리 창출, 친환경 에너지, 소상공인 및 지역상권 활성화, 시니어 자립 지원 기업에 더해 AI 기술을 활용해 ESG 가치를 창출하는 혁신 스타트업까지 투자 대상을 확대했다.

투자·멘토링·판로까지… ESG 스타트업 성장 지원
펀드는 투자 수익과 원금을 다시 펀드에 귀속시켜 신규 기업에 재투자하는 선순환 구조로 운영된다. 큐네스티에 따르면 2022년 출범 이후 현재까지 총 52개 기업에 90억5000만 원 규모의 투자가 이뤄졌으며, 선정 기업들은 누적 640억 원 규모의 후속 투자 유치와 183명의 신규 고용 성과를 기록했다.
선정 기업에는 투자금 지원과 함께 다양한 비금융 프로그램도 제공된다. 벤처캐피탈(VC) 네트워킹과 투자설명회(IR) 참여 기회를 통한 후속 투자 연계, 전문가 멘토링과 ESG 컨설팅, 하나금융그룹 인프라를 활용한 판로 개척 지원 등이 포함된다.
최종 투자 기업은 서류 심사와 현장 실사를 거쳐 투자심의위원회를 통해 선정되며, 심사 기준은 사회적 가치와 사업 타당성, 조직 역량, 기업 가치 등이다.
이순열 큐네스티 대표는 “1차 모집에 이어 2차 모집에서도 임팩트와 성장 가능성을 겸비한 기업들을 만나고자 한다”며 “특히 AI 기술을 기반으로 사회적 가치를 구현하는 스타트업들이 이번 기회를 적극 활용하길 바란다”고 말했다.

Hana Financial Group and Qnesty Embrace AI-based ESG Startups… Expanding 'Double Impact Matching Fund' Operation
Qnesty, a non-profit impact investment firm, announced that it has begun recruiting participating companies for the second round of the '2026 Hana ESG Double Impact Matching Fund' in partnership with Hana Financial Group. The recruitment period runs from May 4 to June 26.
The 'Hana ESG Double Impact Matching Fund' is Korea's first fund raised entirely through donations, operated by Hana Financial Group as part of its ESG management. Since 2022, Qnesty and Hana Financial Group have been discovering and supporting ESG startups equipped with eco-friendly technologies and job creation capabilities through this fund.
In this second round of recruitment, the scope of investment has been expanded to include innovative startups that create ESG value using AI technology, in addition to the existing support fields of job creation, eco-friendly energy, revitalization of small businesses and local commercial districts, and companies supporting senior independence.

The fund operates on a virtuous cycle structure in which investment returns and principal are returned to the fund and reinvested in new companies. According to Qnesty, since its launch in 2022, a total of 9.05 billion won has been invested in 52 companies, and the selected companies have recorded cumulative follow-up investments totaling 64 billion won and the creation of 183 new jobs.
Selected companies will be provided with various non-financial programs in addition to investment funding. These include facilitating follow-up investments through venture capital (VC) networking and opportunities to participate in investor relations (IR) presentations, expert mentoring and ESG consulting, and support for market expansion utilizing Hana Financial Group's infrastructure.
The final investment companies are selected through the Investment Review Committee following document review and on-site due diligence, and the evaluation criteria include social value, business feasibility, organizational capabilities, and corporate value.
Lee Soon-yeol, CEO of Qnesty, said, “Following the first recruitment, we intend to meet companies with both impact and growth potential in the second recruitment as well,” adding, “In particular, we hope that startups realizing social value based on AI technology will actively take advantage of this opportunity.”

入选公司除了获得投资资金外，还将获得各种非财务支持项目。这些项目包括通过风险投资（VC）网络促进后续投资、参与投资者关系（IR）推介会、专家指导和ESG咨询，以及利用韩亚金融集团的基础设施支持市场拓展。
最终的投资公司由投资审查委员会在文件审查和现场尽职调查后选出，评估标准包括社会价值、商业可行性、组织能力和企业价值。
Qnesty 首席执行官李顺烈表示：“继第一轮招聘之后，我们计划在第二轮招聘中继续与具有影响力和增长潜力的公司会面。”他补充道：“我们尤其希望那些基于人工智能技术实现社会价值的初创公司能够积极把握这次机会。”

Le « Hana ESG Double Impact Matching Fund » est le premier fonds coréen entièrement alimenté par des dons et géré par Hana Financial Group dans le cadre de sa stratégie ESG. Le fonds fonctionne selon un cercle vertueux : les rendements et le capital investi sont réinvestis dans de nouvelles entreprises. D’après Qnesty, depuis son lancement en 2022, un total de 9,05 milliards de wons a été investi dans 52 entreprises, lesquelles ont enregistré des investissements de suivi cumulés de 64 milliards de wons et la création de 183 emplois.
Les entreprises sélectionnées bénéficieront de divers programmes non financiers, en plus du financement d'investissement. Ces programmes comprennent notamment la facilitation d'investissements ultérieurs grâce à un réseau de capital-risqueurs et à des opportunités de participer à des présentations destinées aux investisseurs, un mentorat d'experts et des conseils en matière d'ESG, ainsi qu'un soutien à l'expansion sur le marché grâce à l'infrastructure de Hana Financial Group.
Les sociétés d'investissement finales sont sélectionnées par le Comité d'examen des investissements après examen des documents et vérification préalable sur place, et les critères d'évaluation comprennent la valeur sociale, la faisabilité commerciale, les capacités organisationnelles et la valeur de l'entreprise.
