이번 행사는 학교운동부를 운영하는 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 부패 취약요인을 사전에 예방하고, 학교 현장의 생생한 의견을 반영해 건전하고 투명한 학교운동부 운영체계를 구축하고자 마련됐다. 행사에는 학교운동부 학부모들로 구성되어 운영 전반에 대한 의견을 제시하는 청렴 앰버서더를 비롯해 학교장, 교감, 행정실장, 운동부 지도교사와 운동부 지도자 등이 자리를 함께했다.
