[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 창녕군공무원노동조합이 2026년 1분기 ‘고생하는 조합원 선발’ 사업 대상자로 일자리경제과 허한성 조합원을 선정하고 행복배달통을 전달했다.

‘행복배달통’은 창녕군공무원노조가 지난해부터 운영 중인 직원 격려 사업으로, 어려운 여건 속에서도 맡은 업무를 성실히 수행하는 조합원을 발굴해 응원하기 위해 마련됐다. 선정은 블라인드 심사 방식으로 진행됐다.

허 조합원은 에너지정책팀에서 도시가스 업무와 LPG 배관망 구축사업 등을 담당하며, 공공기관 차량 5·2부제 시행 과정에서 현장 혼선을 줄이고 제도 안착에 기여한 점을 평가받았다.

또 직원 대상 안내와 소통을 지속적으로 진행하며 불편 최소화에 힘썼고, 에너지 절약 정책 추진과 노조 활동에도 적극 참여해왔다.

창녕군공무원노조는 성실한 현장 공무원을 격려하는 조직문화 확산 차원에서 해당 사업을 이어가고 있다고 설명했다.

이날 전달식에는 심상철 창녕군수 권한대행도 참석해 직원 사기 진작에 힘을 보탰다.
