진천군 지역사회보장협의체는 생거진천 종합사회복지관에서 ‘제5기 지역사회 보장계획의 2026년도 연차별 시행계획 이행점검 모니터링’을 개최했다. 이번 모니터링은 지역사회 보장계획에 담긴 핵심 복지 사업들이 차질 없이 진행되고 있는지 확인하고 추진 속도를 한층 끌어올리기 위해 마련됐다.
현장감 있고 객관적인 평가를 위해 마련된 이번 점검에는 현장 실무자와 공무원, 전문가 등으로 구성된 민·관 협력 기반의 모니터링 TF팀 관계자 35명이 직접 참여했다.
협의체는 내실 있는 검토를 진행하고자 각 사업 담당 부서로부터 상세한 추진 현황 자료를 사전에 전달받아 TF팀과 공유했다. 이를 바탕으로 참석자들은 부서별 세부 사업 실적과 당초 설정했던 목표 성과를 다각도로 대조하며 분석했다.
