전남바이오진흥원은 성평등가족부가 주관하는 ‘2025년 가족친화인증 평가’에서 가족친화우수기관으로 최종 선정되며, 모범적인 가족친화 경영을 운영하는 기관으로 공인(사진)받았다고 15일 밝혔다.
가족친화인증은 근로자의 일·생활 균형을 지원하고 일하기 좋은 근무환경을 조성하는 등 가족친화 조직문화를 모범적으로 확산한 기업 및 기관을 대상으로 심사를 거쳐 인증을 부여하는 제도다.
전남바이오진흥원은 그동안 직원들이 일과 가정을 균형 있게 돌볼 수 있도록 다각적인 노력을 기울여왔다. 특히 ▲유연근무제 활성화 ▲육아휴직 및 배우자 출산휴가 적극 활용 ▲육아기·가족돌봄 근로시간 단축제도 운영 ▲연가 사용 활성화 등 실질적인 가족친화 제도를 지속적으로 확대·운영해 온 점이 높은 평가를 받았다.
