(영광=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=전남광주통합특별시 영광군이 지난 7월 24일 도시민을 대상으로 진행한 ‘2026년 영광에서 살아보기’ 1기 수료식을 개최했다.
‘영광에서 살아보기’는 귀농·귀촌을 희망하는 도시민이 일정 기간 농촌에 머물며 영농 활동과 지역문화를 미리 체험하고, 실제 정착 가능성을 다각도로 검토해 볼 수 있도록 지원하는 체류형 프로그램이다.
이번 1기 과정에는 총 5명의 도시민이 참여해 군남면 초록이마을에서 생활하며 영광의 농촌 환경과 지역공동체 문화를 직접 경험했다. 특히 참가자 중 1명이 프로그램 참여를 계기로 군남면으로 전입을 확정 지으며 실제 정착으로 이어지는 뜻깊은 성과를 거뒀다.
