“From idea to investment”… Supporting the entire process of 'Startups for Everyone,' participating in Venture Square
Up to 500 million won in prize money and 500 million won in investment… A massive project targeting aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs
Choosing the right mentoring agency is crucial… Connecting investment, PR, and networking through Venture Square

On April 30, an on-site meeting on the topic of youth entrepreneurship was held at the SK Future Hall of Korea University. Minister Han Sung-sook of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups personally attended the event to inspect the university startup scene and engage in conversation with students participating in the 'Startup for All Project'.
This visit was organized to confirm the growing enthusiasm for entrepreneurship in universities and to listen to voices from the field to be reflected in policy. During the meeting, startup ideas were shared, along with opinions on the difficulties encountered in the actual startup process and suggestions for institutional improvements.
Minister Han Sung-sook stated, “The government will stand with young people on the ground to ensure they can freely take on challenges, and that these challenges lead to entrepreneurship and growth.”
The message confirmed at the event that day was clear: entrepreneurship is no longer a choice for the select few, but is expanding into an 'open opportunity' that anyone can attempt. And at the center of this trend is the 'Startup for All Project.'
Up to 500 Million Won in Prizes and Investment… What Makes 'Startup for Everyone' Different?
The 'Everyone's Startup Project' is an open startup support program that anyone with a startup idea can participate in. It is open to a wide range of participants, from prospective entrepreneurs to startups within three years of establishment, and operates by verifying commercialization potential through a step-by-step audition structure.
The program progresses from the idea stage to a nationwide audition. In the initial stage, startup funding, AI solutions, and mentoring are provided. Following support for prototype production and commercialization, the final stage leads to prize money of up to 500 million won and opportunities to attract investment.
It is characterized by designing the entire process—from idea to verification to commercialization and investment—as a single flow, going beyond simple support programs. In particular, it is differentiated from existing programs by prioritizing actual feasibility over a completed business plan, as evaluations are based on execution capabilities.
The application deadline is 4 PM on May 15, so for prospective entrepreneurs considering participation, now is effectively the last chance.

Selection of Mentoring Agency Determines Success or Failure… “Why Venture Square?”
One of the key variables in this project is the 'selection of a mentor organization.' Even within the same program, the outcome can vary significantly depending on which partner is chosen.
Venture Square is participating as a 'Gyeonggi regional mentoring agency' specializing in early-stage startup investment and growth support. In particular, 'Pangyo Startup Square,' operated in partnership with Woowa Brothers, features an all-in-one system equipped with everything necessary for startup growth; its greatest strength lies in the fact that it goes beyond simple consulting to facilitate actual investment connections, media exposure, and network expansion.
Experts with experience in early-stage investment programs (such as TIPS) participate to refine business directions, and PR opportunities are provided through Venture Square media. Additionally, connections with established founders and investors are possible through a startup network based in Pangyo and Gangnam.
Ultimately, if 'Startups for Everyone' is a field of opportunity, Venture Square is closer to a partner that connects those opportunities to actual growth.
The 'Everyone's Startup Project' is open to anyone with an idea. However, how far you can push that idea depends on your choices. What is needed now is not perfect preparation, but a single decision to start execution.

Venture Square?”
