개발 AI MSP 서비스 ‘그릿지’를 운영하는 소프트스퀘어드(대표 이하늘)는 한국인공지능클라우드산업협회(KACI) 클라우드서비스인증위원회로부터 국내 최초 B2B WaaS(Workforce as a Service) 클라우드 서비스 확인서를 취득했다고 6일 밝혔다.
이번 인증은 단순 인력 파견이나 외주 개발을 넘어, 기업이 필요한 개발 역량을 클라우드처럼 활용할 수 있는 ‘워크포스 클라우드(Workforce Cloud)’ 모델을 공식적으로 인정받았다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

개발 인력도 ‘구독형’으로…WaaS 모델 부상
그릿지는 개발자 풀, 팀 구성, 프로젝트 운영, 품질 관리, 정산 및 리포팅까지 통합 제공하는 B2B WaaS 서비스다. 기업은 직접 채용이나 조직 운영 부담 없이 필요한 시점에 맞춰 개발 역량을 서비스 형태로 활용할 수 있다.
소프트스퀘어드는 지난 7년간 구축한 개발자 생태계와 프로젝트 운영 경험을 기반으로, 단순 매칭이 아닌 팀 단위 운영 관리까지 포함한 구조를 제공해왔다.

Gridge is a B2B WaaS service that provides integrated support for developer pools, team building, project operations, quality control, settlement, and reporting. Companies can utilize development capabilities as a service when needed, without the burden of direct hiring or organizational management.
Based on the developer ecosystem and project operation experience built over the past seven years, SoftSquare has provided a structure that includes not only simple matching but also team-based operational management.
Recently, the company has been expanding its existing human-centered MSP model into an AI agent-based development environment.
