[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 매년 여름마다 반복되는 낙동강 녹조와 수돗물 악취 사태에 대해 창원특례시의회가 초당적 힘을 모아 정부에 근본적인 체질 개선을 요구하고 나섰다. 불안한 낙동강 표층수를 직접 취수하는 기존 방식에서 벗어나, 모래와 자갈이 천연 필터 역할을 하는 ‘강변여과수’로 취수원 패러다임을 완전히 전환하자는 것이다.
