글로벌 오픈이노베이션 협약 체결… 유망 바이오기업 발굴·육성
연구개발·스위스 혁신파크 입주·금융지원까지 전방위 연계
기술보증기금이 글로벌 제약사 및 해외 기관과 협력해 국내 바이오기업의 해외 진출 지원에 나선다.
기술보증기금은 한국보건산업진흥원, 한국로슈, 바젤투자청과 함께 ‘글로벌 오픈 이노베이션 협약’을 체결했다고 6일 밝혔다. 이번 협약은 국내 바이오기업의 혁신 성장과 글로벌 시장 진출 기반 마련을 목표로 추진됐다.

협약에 따라 참여 기관들은 유망 바이오기업 발굴과 전문 인력 교류, 연구개발 및 사업화 지원, 금융 연계 등 다양한 영역에서 협력 체계를 구축한다. 특히 글로벌 제약사와의 연계를 통해 임상 및 연구 역량 강화도 함께 추진된다.
스위스 진출부터 금융 지원까지 연계
이번 협력의 핵심은 ‘글로벌 오픈 이노베이션 프로그램’ 공동 운영이다. 선정된 기업에는 연구비 지원과 멘토링, 스위스 혁신 파크 입주 및 현지 정착 지원이 제공된다.
이와 함께 보증비율 상향과 보증료 감면 등 금융 지원도 병행돼 기업의 자금 부담을 낮추고 해외 진출 실행력을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
기보는 이번 협약을 계기로 바이오기업의 기술 경쟁력을 강화하고 글로벌 시장 진입을 촉진하는 데 집중할 계획이다.
기보 관계자는 “국내 바이오기업이 글로벌 시장에서 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있도록 유관기관과 협력을 확대해 나가겠다”며 “스케일업과 해외 진출을 위한 지원을 지속 강화할 것”이라고 밝혔다.

The Korea Technology Guarantee Fund is stepping up to support the overseas expansion of domestic biotech companies in cooperation with global pharmaceutical companies and overseas institutions.
The Korea Technology Guarantee Fund announced on the 6th that it has signed a 'Global Open Innovation Agreement' with the Korea Health Industry Development Institute, Roche Korea, and Investment Basel. This agreement was pursued with the goal of establishing a foundation for the innovative growth of domestic biotech companies and their entry into the global market.

Under the agreement, participating institutions establish a cooperative framework in various areas, including the identification of promising biotech companies, exchange of professional personnel, support for research and development and commercialization, and financial linkages. In particular, the strengthening of clinical and research capabilities is also pursued through collaboration with global pharmaceutical companies.
Linkage from entry into Switzerland to financial support
The core of this collaboration is the joint operation of the 'Global Open Innovation Program.' Selected companies will be provided with research funding, mentoring, entry into the Swiss Innovation Park, and support for local settlement.
In addition, financial support measures such as raising guarantee ratios and reducing guarantee fees are being implemented in parallel, which is expected to lower the financial burden on companies and enhance their ability to execute overseas expansion.
With this agreement, Kibo plans to focus on strengthening the technological competitiveness of biotech companies and facilitating their entry into the global market.
An official from Kibo stated, “We will expand cooperation with relevant organizations to help domestic biotech companies secure competitiveness in the global market,” adding, “We will continue to strengthen support for scale-up and overseas expansion.”

条約に基づき、参加機関は有望なバイオ企業の発掘と専門人材交流、研究開発と事業化支援、金融連携など多様な領域で協力体系を構築する。特にグローバル製薬会社との連携を通じて、臨床及び研究能力の強化も共に推進される。
スイス進出から金融支援まで連携
今回の協力の核心は「グローバルオープンイノベーションプログラム」共同運営だ。選ばれた企業には研究費支援とメンタリング、スイスイノベーションパーク入居、現地定着支援が提供される。
これとともに、保証比率の上方と保証料の減免など金融支援も並行して企業の資金負担を下げ、海外進出実行力を高めることが期待される。
ギボは今回の条約をきっかけにバイオ企業の技術競争力を強化し、グローバル市場への参入を促進することに集中する計画だ。
起報関係者は「国内バイオ企業がグローバル市場で競争力を確保できるよう、関連機関と協力を拡大していく」とし「スケールアップと海外進出のための支援を持続強化する」と明らかにした。

从进入瑞士到获得财政支持的关联
此次合作的核心是共同运营“全球开放创新计划”。入选公司将获得研发资金、导师指导、入驻瑞士创新园的机会以及本地化支持。
此外，政府还同步实施了提高担保率、降低担保费等财政支持措施，预计这将减轻企业的财务负担，增强其海外扩张能力。
通过这项协议，Kibo计划专注于增强生物技术公司的技术竞争力，并促进它们进入全球市场。
Kibo公司的一位官员表示：“我们将扩大与相关机构的合作，帮助国内生物技术公司在全球市场获得竞争力。”他还补充道：“我们将继续加强对企业规模化和海外扩张的支持。”

Le Fonds coréen de garantie technologique a annoncé le 6 la signature d'un « Accord mondial d'innovation ouverte » avec l'Institut coréen de développement de l'industrie de la santé, Roche Korea et Investment Basel. Aux termes de cet accord, les institutions participantes établissent un cadre de coopération dans divers domaines, notamment l'identification d'entreprises de biotechnologie prometteuses, les échanges de personnel qualifié, le soutien à la recherche et au développement et à la commercialisation, ainsi que les partenariats financiers. Le renforcement des capacités cliniques et de recherche est également visé, en particulier, par le biais d'une collaboration avec des entreprises pharmaceutiques internationales.
Lien entre l'entrée en Suisse et le soutien financier
Au cœur de cette collaboration se trouve le fonctionnement conjoint du « Programme mondial d'innovation ouverte ». Les entreprises sélectionnées bénéficieront d'un financement de la recherche, d'un mentorat, d'une entrée dans le Parc suisse de l'innovation et d'un soutien à l'implantation locale.
Par ailleurs, des mesures de soutien financier telles que l'augmentation des ratios de garantie et la réduction des frais de garantie sont mises en œuvre en parallèle, ce qui devrait alléger la charge financière des entreprises et renforcer leur capacité à mener à bien leur expansion à l'étranger.
Grâce à cet accord, Kibo prévoit de se concentrer sur le renforcement de la compétitivité technologique des entreprises de biotechnologie et de faciliter leur entrée sur le marché mondial.
Un responsable de Kibo a déclaré : « Nous allons développer notre coopération avec les organisations concernées afin d'aider les entreprises biotechnologiques nationales à garantir leur compétitivité sur le marché mondial », ajoutant : « Nous continuerons à renforcer notre soutien à la mise à l'échelle et à l'expansion à l'étranger. »
