전남해양수산창업투자지원센터 사업의 지원을 받는 ㈜해성인터내셔널은 지난 16일 지역 대표 우수 수산물을 활용한 프리미엄 영양죽 제품 총 1만 2,000개의 출고를 완료했다고 밝혔다. 해당 제품들은 오는 20일경부터 친환경 유기농·치유식품 플랫폼인 ‘자연드림’의 전국 지점을 통해 본격적인 판매를 시작할 예정이다.
이번에 선보이는 프리미엄 영양죽은 ▲광어죽 ▲전복죽 ▲더 부드러운 매생이 전복죽 등 총 3종이다.
특히 ‘광어죽’과 ‘전복죽’은 현재 진천 국가대표 선수촌에 정식 납품되어 대한민국 국가대표 선수들의 영양식으로 제공되고 있다. 이는 까다로운 선수촌의 입맛과 기준을 통과할 만큼 전남 수산 식재료의 탁월한 우수성과 식품 안전성이 확실하게 입증되었음을 의미한다.
