[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 고성군이 국토교통부의 인공지능(AI) 기반 통합인허가 사전진단 서비스 구축 사업에 참여해 현장 검증과 시스템 고도화에 나선다.

국토교통부는 지난 24일 고성군을 방문해 ‘AI 기반 통합인허가 사전진단 서비스’ 구축 관련 설명회를 열고 시범운영 현황과 개선 방안을 논의했다고 밝혔다.

이 서비스는 AI가 토지·건축 관련 인허가 절차를 분석해 인허가 가능 여부를 사전에 진단하고, 필요한 허가 종류와 절차, 담당 부서, 예상 소요 기간 등을 안내하는 시스템이다.

고성군은 전국 16개 시·군·구 시범운영 지자체 가운데 경남에서 유일하게 참여하고 있다.

이날 설명회에는 인허가 업무 담당자 20여 명이 참석해 사업 추진 방향과 운영 계획을 공유했으며, 실제 행정 현장에서 필요한 기능과 보완 사항에 대한 의견을 제시했다.

고성군은 앞으로 국토교통부와 협력해 실제 허가 기준과 AI 분석 결과를 비교·검증하고, 주요 인허가 사례를 데이터로 활용해 서비스 정확도를 높일 계획이다.

국토교통부는 시범운영 결과를 바탕으로 시스템을 보완한 뒤 2027년 전국 서비스를 개시할 예정이다.
