기업의 스타트업 지원 프로그램이 단순 육성을 넘어 투자와 오픈이노베이션 중심으로 진화하고 있다. 특히 사회문제 해결과 수익모델을 결합한 ‘임팩트 스타트업’에 대한 관심이 커지면서, 대기업과 액셀러레이터가 함께 성장 생태계를 구축하는 사례도 확대되는 분위기다.

‘상상스타트업캠프’는 사회문제를 비즈니스 방식으로 해결하려는 청년 창업가를 대상으로 교육과 멘토링, 사업화 지원을 제공하는 액셀러레이팅 프로그램이다.

투자·협업 연결 강화… “성장 이후까지 지원”
2017년 시작된 상상스타트업캠프는 지금까지 총 182개 사회혁신 스타트업을 배출했다. 운영 측에 따르면 1기부터 9기까지 누적 매출은 약 314억8000만원, 최근 7~9기 기업들의 누적 투자 유치 금액은 131억원 규모다.
KT&G와 MYSC는 10기를 맞아 기존 보육 중심 프로그램에서 한 단계 나아가 협업과 투자 연결 구조를 강화한다는 계획이다.
참가 기업에는 교육과 기업별 1대1 멘토링, 투자유치 역량 강화 프로그램, 수요 기반 오피스아워 등이 제공된다. 또한 서울 성수동에 위치한

내 업무 공간 12개월 무상 입주 기회와 금융 지원 프로그램 연계 혜택도 마련됐다.
특히 알럼나이와 투자사, 오픈이노베이션 관계자들이 참여하는 네트워킹 프로그램과 파이널 데모데이를 통해 실제 투자 검토 및 사업 협업으로 이어질 수 있도록 지원한다. 우수기업 1개사에는 총 3억원 규모 직접 투자 검토 기회도 제공할 예정이다.
최근 임팩트 스타트업 생태계에서는 단순 지원사업보다 대기업과의 실증·사업 협력, 후속 투자 연결 여부가 중요한 경쟁력으로 꼽힌다. KT&G와 MYSC 역시 누적 운영 경험과 알럼나이 네트워크를 기반으로 실질적인 성장 지원 체계를 강화하겠다는 전략이다.

Corporate startup support programs are evolving beyond simple nurturing to focus on investment and open innovation. In particular, with growing interest in "impact startups" that combine social problem-solving with profitable business models, there is a growing trend of large corporations and accelerators collaborating to build growth ecosystems.

announced that it is recruiting participating companies for the 10th cohort of its youth startup support program, 'KT&G Sangsang Startup Camp,' in partnership with
MY Social Company,
an investment and consulting firm specializing in social innovation.
'SangSang Startup Camp' is an acceleration program that provides education, mentoring, and business development support to young entrepreneurs seeking to solve social problems through business methods.

Strengthening connections between investment and collaboration… “Support extending beyond growth”
The Sangsang Startup Camp, launched in 2017, has produced a total of 182 social innovation startups to date. According to the organizers, cumulative revenue from the 1st to 9th cohorts is approximately 31.48 billion won, and the cumulative investment attracted by companies from the 7th to 9th cohorts recently amounts to 13.1 billion won.
With the 10th iteration, KT&G and MYSC plan to take the existing childcare-centered program to the next level and strengthen the structure connecting collaboration and investment.
Participating companies are provided with training, one-on-one mentoring, investment attraction capacity building programs, and demand-based office hours. In addition, benefits include 12 months of free occupancy at
KT&G Sangsang Planet
in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, and linkage with financial support programs.
In particular, support is provided to facilitate actual investment reviews and business collaborations through networking programs involving alumni, investors, and open innovation stakeholders, as well as a Final Demo Day. One outstanding company will also be provided with the opportunity for a direct investment review totaling 300 million KRW.
In the recent impact startup ecosystem, collaborations on pilot projects and business with large corporations, as well as the ability to secure follow-up investments, are considered more critical competitive advantages than simple support programs. KT&G and MYSC also plan to strengthen their practical growth support systems based on their accumulated operational experience and alumni networks.
KT&G will also hold an online business briefing via its YouTube channel on the 14th to help participants understand the program. Applications for participation can be submitted through the KT&G Sangsang Planet website until the 28th.

Le Sangsang Startup Camp, lancé en 2017, a permis la création de 182 startups à vocation sociale à ce jour. Selon les organisateurs, le chiffre d'affaires cumulé des 9 premières promotions s'élève à environ 31,48 milliards de wons, et les investissements cumulés attirés par les entreprises des 7e à 9e promotions atteignent récemment 13,1 milliards de wons.
Avec cette 10e édition, KT&G et MYSC prévoient de faire passer le programme existant axé sur la garde d'enfants à un niveau supérieur et de renforcer la structure reliant la collaboration et l'investissement.
Les entreprises participantes bénéficient de formations, d'un mentorat individualisé, de programmes de renforcement de leurs capacités d'attraction d'investissements et d'horaires de bureau adaptés à leurs besoins. Elles profitent également de 12 mois d'espace de travail gratuit au
KT&G Sangsang Planet,
situé à Seongsu-dong, Séoul, et d'un accès à des programmes de soutien financier.
Un soutien est notamment apporté pour faciliter les revues d'investissement et les collaborations commerciales grâce à des programmes de réseautage réunissant anciens élèves, investisseurs et acteurs de l'innovation ouverte, ainsi qu'à une journée de démonstration finale. Une entreprise particulièrement performante se verra également offrir l'opportunité d'une revue d'investissement directe d'un montant total de 300 millions de KRW.
