【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도교육청이 생성형 인공지능(AI)을 활용한 행정 업무 효율화를 위해 7일부터 이틀간 '생성형 AI 기반 업무지원 서비스 사용자 교육'을 확대 운영한다. 이번 교육은 지난달 실시된 1차 교육에 대한 현장의 뜨거운 반응과 추가 교육 요청을 반영해 북부권과 중·남부권으로 나누어 진행된다.
7일 학생수련원 제천분원을 시작으로 8일 교육청 사랑관에서 이어지는 이번 교육에는 본청과 직속 기관, 교육지원청 소속 교직원 200여 명이 참여한다. 교육은 공문서 작성, 보고서 요약, 자료 분석 등 반복적인 행정 업무에 AI를 효과적으로 도입하여 업무 부담을 줄이고 생산성을 높이는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
전문 강사를 초청해 대면 방식으로 진행되는 이번 과정은 생성형 AI 서비스의 구체적인 활용법과 실제 업무 효율화 사례를 중심으로 구성됐다. 특히 실무에 즉시 적용 가능한 공문서 정리 및 자료 분석 시연을 통해 교육생들의 이해를 돕는다. 아울러 비공개 자료 보호와 개인정보 유출 방지 등 정보보안 지침에 따른 안전한 AI 활용 기준도 함께 교육하여 현장에서 발생할 수 있는 보안 사고를 예방하고자 한다.
