충북개발공사는 김순구 사장 주재로 경영평가 결과 분석 및 점검을 위한 긴급회의를 개최했다. 공사는 경기 침체로 인한 매각·분양 실적 부진, 당기순손실 발생에 따른 경영효율 지표 하락, 산업재해 증가 등을 평가 하락의 주요 원인으로 진단하고 이를 적극 개선하기로 했다.
