창녕군, '친절·청렴 다짐데이' 운영…민원서비스 강화

[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 창녕군이 민원서비스의 질을 높이기 위해 민원 담당 공무원을 대상으로 '친절·청렴 다짐데이'를 운영했다.

창녕군은 21일 민원봉사과 전 직원을 대상으로 친절 의식과 청렴 문화를 강화하기 위한 '친절·청렴 다짐데이'를 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 군민과 직접 대면하는 민원 담당 공무원의 서비스 의식을 높이고 신뢰받는 행정문화를 조성하기 위해 마련됐다.

행사에는 성낙인 군수가 참석해 직원들의 애로사항을 청취하고 현장 근무자를 격려했다. 성 군수는 "민원실은 창녕군의 첫인상을 결정하는 곳"이라며 "친절한 응대로 군민이 체감하는 감동 행정을 실현해 달라"고 당부했다.

이어 "최근 증가하는 특이민원에 대해서는 직원 보호를 위해 단호하게 대응하겠다"고 밝혔다.

창녕군은 매월 한 차례 '친절·청렴 다짐데이'를 운영하는 한편, 민원 담당 공무원의 감정노동 부담을 줄이기 위한 힐링 프로그램도 함께 추진하는 등 민원서비스 개선과 직원 보호를 위한 정책을 지속할 계획이다.
