제조 스타트업의 제품화 지원을 위한 핵심 인프라가 강화된다. 제조 혁신 플랫폼 기업 볼트앤너트가 창업진흥원이 주관하는 ‘제조전문형 메이커 스페이스’ 주관기관으로 선정됐다고 밝혔다.
이번 선정은 볼트앤너트가 구축해온 제조 데이터 기반 기술력과 운영 역량을 공식적으로 인정받은 결과다. 회사는 최근 산업통상자원부 ‘산업기술 알키미스트 프로젝트’, 창업진흥원 ‘제품화 올인원팩’, 한국디자인진흥원 ‘디자인-온라인 제조 플랫폼’ 등 주요 정부 과제에 연이어 선정되며 제조 창업 생태계에서 입지를 확대해왔다.
AI·데이터 기반 ‘제조 전주기 지원’ 강화
볼트앤너트는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어를 결합한 전주기 R&D 역량을 기반으로, 기술 집약형 스타트업의 제품화를 지원하고 있다. KAIST 대상 AI 기반 로봇 개발 프로젝트 수행과 AI+첨단제조 사업 참여 등 고난도 기술 프로젝트도 이어왔다.
특히 B2B 온라인 제조 플랫폼 ‘바로발주’는 2D·3D 도면 업로드만으로 AI가 실시간 견적을 산출하고 외주 가공까지 연결하는 시스템으로, 제조 공정의 디지털 전환을 이끌고 있다. 5,500건 이상의 프로젝트 수행 경험과 자체 생산 인프라, 협력 네트워크를 기반으로 기획부터 양산까지 전 과정을 지원한다.
또한 서울도시제조허브 운영 경험을 통해 장비 지원과 시제품 제작을 체계적으로 관리해온 노하우도 이번 사업 운영에 반영될 예정이다.
볼트앤너트 측은 “이번 선정은 제조 데이터와 기술 역량이 결합된 결과”라며 “스타트업이 아이디어를 실제 제품으로 구현하는 전 과정에서 실질적인 파트너 역할을 강화해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Key infrastructure to support the product commercialization of manufacturing startups is being strengthened. Bolt & Nut, a manufacturing innovation platform company, announced that it has been selected as the managing organization for the 'Manufacturing-Specialized Maker Space' organized by the Korea Institute of Startup Promotion.
This selection is the result of official recognition for the manufacturing data-based technological capabilities and operational expertise that Bolt & Nut has built. The company has recently expanded its presence in the manufacturing startup ecosystem by being consecutively selected for major government projects, including the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy's 'Industrial Technology Alchemist Project,' the Korea Startup Foundation's 'Productization All-in-One Pack,' and the Korea Institute of Design Promotion's 'Design-Online Manufacturing Platform.'
Strengthening AI and data-based 'full manufacturing lifecycle support'
Bolt & Nut supports the commercialization of technology-intensive startups based on full-cycle R&D capabilities that combine hardware and software. It has also carried out high-difficulty technology projects, such as conducting an AI-based robot development project for KAIST and participating in the AI+Advanced Manufacturing business.
In particular, the B2B online manufacturing platform 'Barobalju' is leading the digital transformation of manufacturing processes with a system in which AI calculates real-time quotes and connects to outsourced processing simply by uploading 2D or 3D drawings. Based on experience with over 5,500 projects, its own production infrastructure, and a collaboration network, it supports the entire process from planning to mass production.
In addition, the know-how gained from systematically managing equipment support and prototype production through the operation of the Seoul Urban Manufacturing Hub will also be reflected in the operation of this project.
Bolt & Nut stated, “This selection is the result of combining manufacturing data and technological capabilities,” adding, “We will strengthen our role as a practical partner throughout the entire process of bringing startups’ ideas to life as actual products.”

製造スタートアップの製品化支援のためのコアインフラが強化される。製造革新プラットフォーム企業ボルトアンナットが創業振興院が主管する「製造専門型メーカースペース」主管機関に選ばれたと明らかにした。
今回の選定はボルトアンナットが構築してきた製造データ基盤技術力と運営能力を公式に認められた結果だ。同社は最近、産業通商資源部「産業技術アルキミストプロジェクト」、創業振興院「製品化オールインワンパック」、韓国デザイン振興院「デザイン-オンライン製造プラットフォーム」など主要政府課題に引き続き選定され、製造創業生態系で立地を拡大してきた。
