병·의원 앱에 ‘오하이월렛’ 연동… 글로벌 환자 결제 접근성 확대
의료기관 환경 맞춤형 스테이블코인 결제·정산 모델 공동 추진
헥토월렛원과 와이즈케어가 병·의원 환경에 특화된 스테이블코인 월렛 및 디지털 결제 인프라 구축에 나선다. 해외 환자와 글로벌 이용자 증가에 맞춰 의료 결제 환경에서도 웹3 기반 결제 모델 도입이 본격화되는 모습이다.
블록체인 지갑 인프라 기업 헥토월렛원은 지난 21일 서울 역삼동 본사에서 헬스케어 핀테크 기업 와이즈케어와 ‘병·의원 대상 스테이블코인 지갑 인프라 협력 업무협약(MOU)’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
협약식에는 류춘 헥토월렛원 부대표와 양진부 와이즈케어 대표 등 양사 관계자들이 참석했다.

“해외 환자 증가”…병·의원 결제 환경 디지털화 추진
이번 협약에 따라 와이즈케어는 헥토월렛원의 인앱(In-App) 지갑 서비스 ‘오하이(O-HI)월렛’을 자사 앱에 연동할 예정이다. 이를 통해 글로벌 고객의 결제 접근성과 이용 편의성을 높인다는 계획이다.
오하이월렛은 고객사의 기존 앱 안에서 웹뷰 형태로 구현되는 구조로, 별도의 대규모 시스템 구축 없이 서비스 적용이 가능하다. 또한 가상자산사업자(VASP) 라이선스를 보유한 헥토월렛원이 관련 관리·감독을 수행하면서 이용자 지갑 주소와 자산 정보, 입출금 데이터 등을 안전하게 관리할 수 있다는 설명이다.
와이즈케어는 병·의원과 다양한 가맹점을 대상으로 전자결제 및 정산대행 서비스를 운영하는 헬스케어 전문 핀테크 기업이다. 스마트페이PG 등 결제 서비스를 기반으로 의료기관 환경에 맞춘 결제 인프라를 운영하고 있다.
양사는 이번 협약을 계기로 의료기관 환경에 적합한 디지털 결제 및 월렛 연계 모델 사업화를 공동 추진할 계획이다. 헥토월렛원의 블록체인 인프라와 와이즈케어의 병·의원 결제 운영 경험을 결합해 실제 의료 현장에서 활용 가능한 서비스를 구축한다는 전략이다.
헥토월렛원 관계자는 “스테이블코인은 향후 다양한 산업 영역에서 결제와 정산의 새로운 인프라로 활용될 가능성이 있다”며 “병·의원 환경에 적합한 결제 연계 모델을 사업화해 나갈 것”이라고 말했다.
와이즈케어 관계자는 “외국인 이용자 증가로 의료 결제 환경에서도 편의성과 안정성 요구가 커지고 있다”며 “의료기관 현장에서 활용 가능한 디지털 결제 모델을 단계적으로 만들어가겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편 헥토이노베이션은 지난해 헥토월렛원을 인수하며 블록체인 지갑 인프라 기술과 VASP 라이선스를 내재화했다. 현재 ‘월렛-결제-플랫폼’을 연결하는 스테이블코인 생태계 구축을 확대하고 있다.

HectoWalletOne and WiseCare are setting out to build a stablecoin wallet and digital payment infrastructure specialized for hospital and clinic environments. With the increase in overseas patients and global users, the introduction of Web3-based payment models in the medical payment environment appears to be gaining momentum.
Hecto Wallet One, a blockchain wallet infrastructure company, announced on the 21st that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for cooperation on stablecoin wallet infrastructure for hospitals and clinics with WiseCare, a healthcare fintech company, at its headquarters in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul.
Officials from both companies, including Hecto Wallet One Vice President Ryu Chun and Wise Care CEO Yang Jin-bu, attended the signing ceremony.

“Increase in Overseas Patients”… Promoting Digitalization of Payment Environments in Hospitals and Clinics
Under this agreement, WiseCare plans to integrate HectoWalletOne's in-app wallet service, 'O-HI Wallet,' into its app. Through this, the company plans to enhance payment accessibility and convenience for global customers.
Ohi Wallet is structured to be implemented as a webview within a client's existing app, enabling service deployment without the need for a separate large-scale system. Furthermore, it is explained that Hecto Wallet One, which holds a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license, can safely manage user wallet addresses, asset information, and deposit/withdrawal data while performing related management and supervision.
WiseCare is a healthcare-specialized fintech company that operates electronic payment and settlement agency services for hospitals, clinics, and various merchants. Based on payment services such as SmartPay PG, it operates a payment infrastructure tailored to the environment of medical institutions.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly pursue the commercialization of digital payment and wallet linkage models suitable for the medical institution environment. The strategy is to build services that can be utilized in actual medical settings by combining HectoWalletOne's blockchain infrastructure with WiseCare's experience in operating payment systems for hospitals and clinics.
"A Hecto Wallet One official said, 'Stablecoins have the potential to be utilized as a new infrastructure for payment and settlement in various industrial sectors in the future,' adding, 'We will commercialize payment linkage models suitable for the hospital and clinic environment.'"
A WiseCare official stated, “With the increase in foreign users, there is a growing demand for convenience and stability in the medical payment environment,” adding, “We will gradually develop digital payment models that can be utilized in medical institutions.”
Meanwhile, Hecto Innovation internalized blockchain wallet infrastructure technology and VASP licenses by acquiring Hecto Wallet One last year. It is currently expanding the construction of a stablecoin ecosystem that connects 'wallet-payment-platform'.

ブロックチェーン財布インフラ企業ヘクトウォレット院は去る21日、ソウル駅三洞本社でヘルスケアフィンテック企業ワイズケアと「病気・議員対象ステープルコイン財布インフラ協力業務協約(MOU)」を締結したと明らかにした。
条約式には、リュチュンヘクトウォレット院副代表とヤンジン部ワイズケア代表など両社関係者が参加した。

「海外患者増加」…病・医院決済環境デジタル化の推進
今回の条約により、ワイズケアはヘクトウォレットワンのインアプリ（In-App）ウォレットサービス「オハイ（O-HI）ウォレット」を自社アプリに連動する予定だ。これにより、グローバル顧客の決済アクセス性と利用利便性を高めるという計画だ。
オハイウォレットはお客様の既存アプリの中でウェブビューの形で実装される構造で、別途の大規模システム構築なしでサービス適用が可能だ。また、仮想資産事業者（ＶＡＳＰ）ライセンスを保有するヘクトウォレット員が関連管理・監督を遂行しながら、利用者財布アドレスと資産情報、入出金データなどを安全に管理できるという説明だ。
ワイズケアは、病院・議員と多様な加盟店を対象に電子決済及び精算代行サービスを運営するヘルスケア専門フィンテック企業だ。スマートペイPGなど決済サービスを基盤に医療機関環境に合わせた決済インフラを運営している。
両社は今回の条約をきっかけに医療機関環境に適したデジタル決済及びウォレット連携モデル事業化を共同推進する計画だ。ヘクトウォレットワンのブロックチェーンインフラとワイズケアの病気・議員決済運営経験を組み合わせて、実際の医療現場で活用可能なサービスを構築するという戦略だ。
ヘクトウォレット院の関係者は「ステープルコインは今後様々な産業領域で決済と精算の新しいインフラとして活用される可能性がある」とし、「病・医院環境に適した決済連携モデルを事業化していく」と話した。
ワイズケア関係者は「外国人利用者の増加で医療決済環境でも利便性と安定性の要求が高まっている」とし「医療機関現場で活用可能なデジタル決済モデルを段階的に作っていく」と明らかにした。
一方、ヘクトイノベーションは昨年ヘクトウォレットワンを買収し、ブロックチェーン財布インフラ技術とVASPライセンスを内在化した。現在'ウォレット-決済-プラットフォーム'を連結するステープルコイン生態系構築を拡大している。

Aux termes de cet accord, WiseCare prévoit d'intégrer le service de portefeuille électronique « O-HI Wallet » de HectoWalletOne à son application. L'entreprise entend ainsi améliorer l'accessibilité et la simplicité des paiements pour ses clients du monde entier.
Ohi Wallet est conçu pour être intégré comme une vue web au sein d'une application cliente existante, permettant ainsi le déploiement du service sans nécessiter de système distinct de grande envergure. De plus, il est expliqué que Hecto Wallet One, titulaire d'une licence de fournisseur de services d'actifs virtuels (VASP), peut gérer en toute sécurité les adresses de portefeuilles des utilisateurs, les informations sur les actifs et les données de dépôt/retrait, tout en assurant la gestion et la supervision associées.
WiseCare est une fintech spécialisée dans le secteur de la santé qui propose des services de paiement électronique et de règlement aux hôpitaux, cliniques et autres commerçants. Parallèlement, Hecto Innovation a internalisé la technologie d'infrastructure de portefeuille blockchain et les licences VASP en acquérant Hecto Wallet One l'année dernière. L'entreprise développe actuellement un écosystème de stablecoins reliant portefeuille et plateforme de paiement.
