Lotte Duty Free Co. said Monday it has signed a memorandum of understanding with resort complex Paradise City to attract more foreign tourists.
Lotte Duty Free recently resumed operations at its Incheon International Airport store after about three years, accelerating efforts to increase its foreign customer base.
Under the partnership, the two companies aim to offer a one-stop consumer experience combining shopping and entertainment.
Lotte Duty Free will provide Paradise City hotel guests with a coupon book that includes discounts of up to $121 and a gold-tier membership upgrade. Paradise City will offer premium rates to Lotte Duty Free customers.
“The partnership will allow us to offer foreign VIP customers a premium experience combining shopping and entertainment,” said a Lotte Duty Free official.
