충북도의회 이상식 의장, 도의회 1호 ‘나눔리더’ 가입… 기부 문화 확산 솔선수범

이날 인증패 전달식에는 조성룡 의원과 최충진 의원이 함께 참석해 도의회 차원의 나눔 실천 의지를 더했다.
