군은 관내 복지기관들이 직접 운영하는 식당과 카페 등 총 11개소의 테이블마다 특제 QR코드 스티커를 부착했다. 이를 통해 주민들이 식사를 하거나 차를 마시는 일상적인 공간에서 스마트폰으로 QR코드를 촬영해 보훈 문화 종합 포털 내 이상설 선생 관련 영상과 자료 등 다양한 콘텐츠를 손쉽게 접할 수 있도록 기획했다.
