AI 융합보안 기업 지슨이 보안 전문기업 케이엠시큐리티와 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하고 공공·민간 보안시장 확대에 나선다. 이번 협력은 기술 중심의 보안 솔루션과 현장 기반 서비스 역량을 결합해 실제 적용성과 확장성을 높이려는 전략으로 해석된다.
지슨은 무선도청, 무선 해킹, 불법촬영 등 다양한 보안 위협에 대응하는 AI 기반 융합보안 솔루션을 개발해온 기업이다. 이번 협약을 통해 케이엠시큐리티가 보유한 영업·시공·유지관리 네트워크와 연계해 솔루션 공급 채널을 확대하고, 고객 접점에서의 적용 범위를 넓힐 계획이다.

기술과 현장 결합…보안 사업 ‘실행력’ 강화
케이엠시큐리티는 1984년 설립된 광명통신안전을 기반으로 한 보안 서비스 브랜드로, 무인경비, CCTV, 출입통제, 정보통신공사 등 다양한 영역에서 사업을 전개해 왔다. 관공서와 공공시설, 주거시설, 사무공간 등 다양한 현장에서 축적된 운영 경험이 강점으로 꼽힌다.
양사는 이번 협력을 통해 보안 취약시설과 보안 고도화 수요가 높은 시장을 중심으로 공동 사업 모델을 구체화할 계획이다. 특히 AI 기반 탐지·분석 기술과 현장 운영 노하우를 결합해 맞춤형 보안 솔루션 제안과 안정적인 구축·운영 체계를 마련하는 데 집중할 방침이다.
지슨은 기술 중심의 제품 경쟁력을, 케이엠시큐리티는 현장 중심의 실행력을 담당하는 구조로 역할을 분담해 시너지를 극대화한다는 전략이다. 이를 통해 공공기관뿐 아니라 민간 기업 및 시설까지 적용 범위를 확장할 것으로 기대된다.

Combining Technology and Field… Strengthening 'Execution Capabilities' in the Security Business
KM Security is a security service brand based on Gwangmyeong Telecommunications Safety, established in 1984, and has been conducting business in various fields such as unmanned security, CCTV, access control, and information and communications construction. Its strength is considered to be operational experience accumulated in diverse sites, including government offices, public facilities, residential facilities, and office spaces.
Through this collaboration, the two companies plan to refine joint business models centered on security-vulnerable facilities and markets with high demand for advanced security. In particular, they intend to focus on proposing customized security solutions and establishing a stable implementation and operation system by combining AI-based detection and analysis technologies with field operational know-how.
The strategy is to maximize synergy by dividing roles, with Gison handling technology-driven product competitiveness and KM Security focusing on field-oriented execution. Through this, the scope of application is expected to expand not only to public institutions but also to private companies and facilities.

Grâce à cette collaboration, les deux entreprises prévoient d'affiner leurs modèles commerciaux communs axés sur les infrastructures vulnérables en matière de sécurité et les marchés présentant une forte demande en solutions de sécurité avancées. Elles entendent notamment proposer des solutions de sécurité personnalisées et mettre en place un système de déploiement et d'exploitation stable, en combinant des technologies de détection et d'analyse basées sur l'IA avec une expertise opérationnelle de terrain.
La stratégie consiste à optimiser les synergies en répartissant les rôles : Gison se chargera de la compétitivité des produits axée sur la technologie, tandis que KM Security se concentrera sur l’exécution sur le terrain. De ce fait, le champ d’application devrait s’étendre non seulement aux institutions publiques, mais aussi aux entreprises et installations privées.
