【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=증평군이 청주상공회의소 청년성장프로젝트 지원사업의 일환으로 추진한 ‘2026 증평 청년 성장 페스타’가 지역 청년들의 뜨거운 호응 속에 성황리에 막을 내렸다.
증평군일자리종합지원센터가 주관해 34플러스센터에서 진행된 이번 행사는 구직 청년들의 취업 경쟁력 강화와 삶의 질 향상을 도모하고자 마련됐다. ‘내일을 준비하는 가장 특별한 3일’을 주제로 18세부터 39세까지의 구직 청년들이 다수 참여했다.
행사 기간 동안 오전 세션에서는 취업역량 강화를 위한 구직 교육이 진행됐으며, 오후 세션에서는 마음건강 케어와 스피치 지도 등 청년들의 일상생활 역량을 증진시키는 다채로운 맞춤형 프로그램이 펼쳐졌다.
특히 행사 이튿날에는 이재영 증평군수가 현장을 방문해 구직 준비에 매진하는 청년들을 직접 격려하고 청년들이 체감하는 취업 현장의 애로사항을 청취하는 뜻깊은 소통 시간을 가졌다.
이재영 증평군수는 어려운 고용 환경 속에서도 미래를 위해 당차게 노력하는 지역 청년들의 열정을 응원한다며, 청년들이 증평에서 마음껏 역량을 펼치고 안정적으로 뿌리내릴 수 있도록 실효성 있는 맞춤형 청년 정책 지원을 아끼지 않겠다고 밝혔다.
증평군일자리종합지원센터는 행사가 종료된 이후에도 참가 청년들을 대상으로 일대일 온라인 입사지원서 보완 및 면접 컨설팅, 구직 상담을 연계해 실질적인 취업 결실로 이어지도록 사후 관리를 이어갈 방침이다. 아울러 오는 16일에는 충북청년희망센터와 연계하여 스트레스 관리를 위한 컬러테라피 및 체험형 후속 교육도 진행한다.
