전남노조는 27일 입장문을 발표하고 "전남과 광주가 함께 성장하는 통합특별시를 만들기 위해 기획·예산·인사·조직·감사 등 핵심 기능의 균형 배치를 일관되게 요구해 왔다"며 "최근 조직개편 논의가 허위정보와 왜곡, 지역 갈등으로 변질되고 있다"고 지적했다.
