다만, 소속기관 명칭과 직책이 결합해 글자 수가 너무 많은 일부 회계관계공무원 직인의 경우, 인영(도장을 찍은 흔적)의 가독성을 높이고 실무 행정의 효율성을 기하기 위해 문구를 합리적으로 조정하기로 했다. 이에 따라 행정 용어인 ‘교육비특별회계’ 문구는 생략되어 제작된다.
