시군역량강화사업은 농림축산식품부의 일반농산어촌개발사업을 통해 조성된 완료지구의 활성화를 돕는 사업이다. 군은 음성읍 농촌중심지활성화사업으로 구축된 작은 영화관 ‘설성시네마’를 단순 상영관을 넘어 주민 밀착형 문화 거점 공간으로 발전시키고자 이번 행사를 기획했다.
