이 사업은 노쇠, 장애, 질병 등으로 일상생활이 어려운 시민이 살던 곳에서 의료·요양·돌봄 서비스를 통합적으로 지원받도록 돕는 제도다. 시는 지역 사정에 밝은 통장들과 협력해 지난 9일 신장1동을 시작으로 복지 사각지대에 놓인 돌봄 필요 주민을 조기에 발굴하고 서비스를 연계하는 데 집중하고 있다.
