[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도는 카카오톡 비공개 오픈채팅방을 악용해 조직적으로 아파트 매매 가격을 담합하고 공인중개사의 영업을 방해한 혐의로 하남시 소재 아파트단지 소유자 6명을 공인중개사법 위반 혐의로 검찰에 송치했다.
이번 수사는 국무조정실 주관 부동산 불법행위 대응 협의회를 통한 관계기관 공조 과정의 일환이다.
수사 결과 피의자들은 179명이 참여한 소유자 비공개 단톡방을 운영하며 매매 11억 원, 전세 6억 5000만 원이라는 하한선 가이드라인을 공지한 뒤 그 이하 가격의 매물 등록을 금지했다.
