[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도는 지난 16일 열린 ‘2026년도 CP 심포지엄’에서 ‘경기도 CP 활성화 지원 사업’을 공공부문 모범사례로 발표했다.
CP는 기업과 기관이 공정거래 법규를 스스로 준수하기 위한 내부 준법관리 체계다.
도는 도내 중견·중소기업 보호와 공정거래 문화 확산을 위해 2022년부터 지자체 최초로 도 산하 공공기관의 CP 도입을 지원해 왔으며, 경영평가 반영 및 맞춤형 컨설팅을 통해 도입 기관을 2022년 1개사에서 2025년 24개사로 확대했다. 도는 앞으로 ‘경기도 CP 2.0’을 추진해 도내 31개 시군 산하 공공기관과 중소기업까지 대상을 넓히고 등급평가 제도 개선을 건의할 방침이다.
이번 발표는 경기도가 선제적으로 구축한 준법관리 모델을 전국 공공기관과 기업에 전파해 대한민국 전반의 공정거래 인식을 한 단계 끌어올리는 계기가 된다.
