OneSoftDigm (OSD) (CEO Daeho Lee), a digital healthcare startup, participated in ‘MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2026’ held in Barcelona, Spain, from March 2 (Mon) to 5 (Thu, local time).
OneSoftDigm is a technology company that has developed smart health devices that combine portable Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) and PPG-based biosignal measurement technologies. The company operates a platform that provides personalized health information by measuring key health indicators such as body fat, muscle mass, and body water through simple finger contact and syncing the data with a mobile app.
Furthermore, the company explains that it aims for a data-driven health management structure that leads from ‘measurement and analysis to behavioral improvement.’ It has consistently secured technological reliability through cooperation with domestic and international research institutes. OSD is promoting its growth as a digital health platform that helps people form healthy lifestyle habits across sports, fitness, and wellness.
At MWC 2026, OneSoftDigm showcased a diverse range of digital healthcare solutions that combine biosignal measurement technology with AI-based data analysis. In particular, ‘Fitrus Plus,’ which returned as a third-generation model after four rounds of hardware and firmware revisions, was introduced as the flagship product.
Fitrus Plus is a portable body composition analyzer designed to measure nine body composition indicators—including body fat, skeletal muscle mass, BMI, and body water—as well as major cardiovascular biosignals such as heart rate, stress index, and oxygen saturation. It features an extremely compact design and weighs only 40g, making it excellent for portability. Despite this form factor, it boasts 95% measurement accuracy compared to large professional equipment.
Data measured by Fitrus Plus is transmitted to a dedicated application and analyzed by a deep-learning-based AI engine. Based on the results, the system provides real-time, personalized diet and exercise guides tailored to 36 body-type classifications.
The company also unveiled its next-generation wearable device, ‘Fitrus Watch.’ Scheduled for official release this month, this product goes beyond basic smartwatch features by offering AI-powered personalized sleep-management content. According to the company, it analyzes the user’s sleep patterns and biological data to suggest optimal sleep environments, and it can be used to collect user lifelog data.
In addition, OneSoftDigm demonstrated the excellent scalability of its technology and products by showcasing continuous blood pressure estimation using deep-learning personalized models, stress management solutions based on autonomic nervous system analysis, and ‘Truth Meter,’ which estimates psychological changes through biosignal patterns.
OneSoftDigm plans to promote market expansion across North America, Europe, and Asia, using its participation in MWC 2026 as a stepping stone. The company explains that it has already established a solid foundation for overseas sales expansion by building data references through a Proof of Concept (PoC) at a hospital in Saudi Arabia and operating employee health management services for domestic companies and institutions.
In May, the company intends to launch a new healthcare platform integrated with deep-learning-based personalized services, accelerating its transition from a specialized healthcare solution provider to a ‘data-centric platform company.’
OneSoftDigm CEO Daeho Lee shared his ambitions, stating, “This year marks the first year of globalization for OneSoftDigm. To achieve our goals, we are refining our strategies for each country and region while performing precise analysis of existing customer data.” He added, “As we have already discovered meaningful cases in regions like Saudi Arabia, we aim to lead the paradigm shift in the digital healthcare field together with the overseas partners we met at MWC.”
MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2026, hosted by the GSMA (Global System for Mobile Communications Association), is held at the Fira Gran Via exhibition center in Barcelona, Spain, under the theme ‘The IQ Era’. This year’s event is the largest ever, with approximately 2,900 companies from 205 countries and more than 100,000 visitors participating. Major exhibition fields encompass the entire ICT industry, including AI infrastructure, 5G Advanced, and 6G preliminary technology, mobility, and fintech. Additionally, more than 200 conference sessions involving global leaders run in parallel during the exhibition period.
