Impactive AI (CEO Doohee Chung), a startup developing AI solutions for demand and price forecasting, participated in ‘MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2026’ held in Barcelona, Spain, from March 2 (Mon) to 5 (Thu, local time).
Impactive AI is a technology-oriented startup established in 2021, led by Ph.D.-level researchers in the AI field. In particular, it earned recognition for its unrivaled expertise by introducing intelligent solutions to the market that forecast demand and raw material prices, which determine the flow of domestic and international logistics and retail industries. Based on this, it was also selected for Ministerial Awards by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Achievements related to technical assets are also remarkable. Since its establishment, Impactive AI has filed 72 patents and completed 17 registrations related to forecasting technology, including 7 patents registered in the U.S. Furthermore, it continues meaningful activities in Europe, such as technical cooperation with Fraunhofer, Europe’s largest applied research institute, and winning the Drivery Marketplace competition in Germany.
At MWC 2026, Impactive AI introduced its ‘Deepflow’ product line, which represents the company’s technological prowess. This is an AI solution that automates complex demand-forecasting processes and supports data-based decision-making.
The main lineup includes ‘Deepflow Forecast,’ which optimizes production and supply by forecasting product demand, and ‘Deepflow Materials,’ which assists in strategic purchasing by forecasting raw material price fluctuations. These solutions leverage over 200 advanced deep-learning and machine-learning models to deliver capabilities that precisely analyze everything from new product sales performance to raw material prices.
In addition, Deepflow is designed to analyze past sales data and complex external variables, such as macroeconomic indicators, seasonality, and promotions, from multiple angles. In particular, it maximizes accuracy by applying independent forecasting algorithms, such as the Black Swan methodology, which detects unexpected market shifts, to uncover subtle market trends that conventional statistical methods struggle to capture.
Figures from actual industrial sites are demonstrating the value of this technology. According to Impactive AI, manufacturing and retail companies that introduced Deepflow recorded an average reduction in inventory costs of over 30%. At the same time, the company explained that it dramatically increased operational efficiency by reducing the time spent on forecasting tasks to one-fifth of what was required for manual work.
At MWC 2026, Impactive AI conducted real-time demonstrations of its Deepflow product line, showing how it generates high-precision forecasting reports within seconds using vast amounts of data. As a result, the company provided customized consulting while communicating with buyers across regions and countries where the manufacturing and retail industries are active, raising expectations for global partnership expansion.
Following MWC, the company plans to continuously advance its independent forecasting AI technologies, such as the Black Swan methodology, to expand the application range of its supply chain management solutions worldwide. Through this, Impactive AI intends to help companies reduce costs and maximize profits by making accurate, data-driven judgments, even in uncertain market environments.
Impactive AI COO Junghyun Park stated, “MWC 2026 was an important stage to once again prove Impactive AI’s independent technological power and the overwhelming marketability of Deepflow to the global market.” He added, “Based on the potential customer network obtained through this opportunity, we will establish ourselves as a partner that innovates the overall supply chain processes of global manufacturing and retail companies.”
MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2026, hosted by the GSMA (Global System for Mobile Communications Association), is held at the Fira Gran Via exhibition center in Barcelona, Spain, under the theme ‘The IQ Era’. This year’s event is the largest ever, with approximately 2,900 companies from 205 countries and more than 100,000 visitors participating. Major exhibition fields encompass the entire ICT industry, including AI infrastructure, 5G Advanced, and 6G preliminary technology, mobility, and fintech. Additionally, more than 200 conference sessions involving global leaders run in parallel during the exhibition period.
