[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 함안군이 민선 9기 핵심 과제인 청년 참여 확대를 위해 제38회 아라가야문화제에서 청년이 직접 기획과 운영에 참여하는 프로그램을 확대한다.
함안군은 오는 9월 18일부터 20일까지 함안박물관과 말이산고분군 일원에서 열리는 아라가야문화제에 청년기획단을 운영하는 등 청년 참여형 축제 프로그램을 본격 추진한다고 밝혔다.
군은 청년을 단순한 관람객이 아닌 기획자와 운영자, 홍보 주체로 참여시키는 데 초점을 맞췄다. 청년기획단은 축제 프로그램 기획과 홍보, 현장 운영에 참여하며, 청년 문화예술인의 공연과 전시, 체험 프로그램도 확대한다.
또 숏폼 영상과 사회관계망서비스(SNS) 콘텐츠 제작 등 디지털 홍보를 강화하고, 청년과 가족 단위 방문객이 함께 즐길 수 있는 참여형 프로그램도 새롭게 선보일 계획이다.
대학생 참여도 확대된다. 지난 13일 마산대학교에서 열린 '2026 아라가야문화제 대학생 서포터즈 발대식'을 시작으로 대학생 홍보단은 축제 콘텐츠 기획과 취재, 숏폼 제작, 현장 홍보와 운영 지원을 맡는다.
차석호 함안군수는 "청년의 참신한 아이디어와 열정은 지역 문화와 축제의 새로운 성장동력"이라며 "아라가야문화제를 시작으로 다양한 문화행사에서 청년 참여를 확대해 청년이 주도하는 문화·축제 환경을 조성해 나가겠다"고 말했다.
