올해부터는 정부 지침 개정에 따라 기존 11월에 진행되던 신청 시기가 6~7월로 대폭 앞당겨져 농가들의 각별한 주의가 요구된다. 신청 시기가 조정된 것은 비료 공급업체 선정과 농가별 공급 물량 확정 등 사전 행정 절차를 연내에 마무리해, 내년 초 영농기부터 농가가 희망하는 시기에 맞춰 안정적으로 비료를 조기 공급하기 위함이다.
