충청북도교육청은 28일 오전 교육감 집무실에서 현대차 정몽구재단과 창의예술교육 활성화 및 ‘나도 예술가’ 정책의 안정적인 현장 안착을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다.
이번 협약은 지역 예술기관과 단체, 기업 간의 견고한 협력체계를 바탕으로 학교와 지역사회가 함께하는 예술교육 환경을 조성하기 위해 마련됐다. 이를 통해 학생들이 일상 속에서 다채로운 예술을 경험하게 하는 것은 물론, 교원들의 창의예술교육 역량을 높여 실제 수업과의 연계성을 대폭 강화할 방침이다.
협약식에는 충북교육청 및 현대차 정몽구재단 관계자, 사단법인 점프 관계자들이 참석해 공교육 예술교육의 새로운 발전 방향을 논의했다.
양 기관은 이번 협약을 통해 ‘나도 예술가’ 정책 추진을 위한 보유 예술자원 공유, 예술교육 발전을 위한 교사 연수 프로그램 공동 활용, 창의예술교육 확산을 위한 교원 역량 강화, 기타 상호 협력이 필요한 분야 등에서 긴밀히 공조하기로 합의했다.
향후 충북교육청은 정몽구재단이 보유한 전문 예술가 자원과 체계적인 프로그램을 학교 교육과정에 적극적으로 연계할 계획이다. 이를 통해 학교와 지역, 기업이 연계된 충북형 예술교육 브랜드를 확립하고 지속 가능한 협력 모델을 만들어갈 예정이다.
