충북교육청은 기존 보유 태블릿 PC(갤럭시 탭 S6 Lite)를 활용해 추가 구매 없이 사업을 추진함으로써 자산 활용도를 높이고 예산 효율성을 제고했으며, 기기 점검과 정비 등 유지·관리는 미래교육추진단에서 담당한다.
지원된 스마트기기는 기관별 여건에 따라 공용 또는 개인용으로 운영되며, 보안관리 시스템을 통해 사용 환경을 관리하고 대여 시 동의서 제출 절차를 통해 기기 사용 기준을 명확히 하고 체계적으로 관리할 예정이다.
