창녕군은 낙동강유역환경청과 함께 지난 19일 계성면 광계리 일대 야적퇴비 현장을 점검하고 장마철 전 사전 관리 대책을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

군은 녹조 원인 물질인 영양염류가 빗물과 함께 하천으로 유입되는 것을 막기 위해 퇴비 수거와 차단막·덮개 설치 등을 현장에 안내했다.

특히 장마철 집중호우로 퇴비가 유실될 가능성이 높은 지역을 중심으로 환경기동감시반을 활용한 특별점검도 실시한다.
