진천군은 덕산읍 두촌리 일원의 대화공원, 원봉공원, 강당말 공원, 완충녹지 9호 등 약 5.9ha 면적에 총사업비 30억 원을 투입해 1차 도시바람길숲을 조성하고 있다고 밝혔다. 현재 공정률은 95%로, 잔디 식재와 부대시설 정비 등 마지막 단장 작업을 진행 중이어서 조만간 가시적인 성과를 드러낼 전망이다.
