지원 대상은 농업경영체에 등록된 농업인과 농업법인이다. 지원을 희망하는 농업인은 농지 소재지의 읍·면·동 행정복지센터를 방문해 신청하면 된다.
지원 품목은 유기질비료 3종(혼합유박·혼합유기질·유기복합비료)과 부숙유기질비료 2종(가축분퇴비·퇴비)이며, 친환경 인증 농가와 친환경 단지 참여 농가 등을 우선적으로 지원할 방침이다.
