【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군이 지역 사회 발전과 헌신적인 봉사로 군의 명예를 높인 인물들을 올해 군민대상 수상자로 최종 확정했다.
음성군은 심사위원회를 개최하고 엄정한 심사를 거쳐 본상 4명과 특별상 1명을 제21회 음성군 군민대상 수상자로 선정했다.
지역개발 부문 본상 수상자는 감곡면지 편찬위원장을 맡아 지역의 역사와 발자취를 집대성하고, 감곡면기업인협의회를 창립해 지역 경제 네트워크 구축에 이바지한 인물이 선정됐다.
사회복지 부문에서는 노인 일자리 확대와 복지 증진을 이끌어 시군 평가 최우수 성과에 기여한 인물과, 봉사단체를 결성하고 복지 법인을 설립해 관내 복지 체계를 통합·관리하는 데 앞장선 인물이 각각 수상의 영예를 안았다.
교육·문화예술·체육 부문 본상 수상자로는 음성품바축제의 정체성을 확립하고 축제의 브랜드 가치를 높여 충청북도 최우수 축제로 자리매김시킨 인물이 이름을 올렸다. 또한, 수도권 출향 향우들의 화합을 도모하고 고향사랑기부금을 지속해서 기탁하며 기부 문화 확산에 솔선수범한 인물이 특별상 수상자로 결정됐다.
